高速铁路环境振动新型阻尼隔振结构试验研究

摘  要:高速铁路环境振动可能对邻近建筑物安全与稳定产生重大危害,研发新型隔振结构具有重要的理论与工程意义。基于一种新型黏滞阻尼材料构筑阻尼填充墙及其与PVC管、钢板、聚苯乙烯泡沫板等组合而成的4种新型隔振结构,通过室内隔振减振模型试验,对比分析空沟隔振与4种新型阻尼隔振结构对高速铁路环境振动的减振效果。研究结果表明:阻尼填充墙及其组合隔振结构对铅垂向振动加速度级的减振率可达13.5%,对水平向振动加速度级的减振率可达12.7%;而空沟隔振对铅垂向与水平向振动加速度级的减振率则分别为10.2%和2.8%。阻尼填充墙及其组合隔振结构对频率为20~30 Hz的水平向振动具有较好的减振效果,而空沟隔振对该频域范围内水平向振动的减振效果不明显。空沟隔振与新型阻尼隔振结构对振动频率低于50 Hz的铅垂向振动均具有良好的减振效果,但对振动频率超过50 Hz的铅垂向振动的减振效果均不理想。The environmental vibration of high-speed railways may cause significant hazards to the safety and stability of adjacent buildings,and the development of new vibration isolation structures has important theoretical and engineering significance.Based on a new type of viscous damping material,four new vibration isolation structures,namely damping filler wall,damping filled wall combined with PVC pipe,steel plate and polystyrene foam plate respectively,were constructed.By using indoor vibration isolation and damping model tests,the vibration reduction effects of empty trench isolation and the four new damping isolation structures were obtained and compared.The research results show that the damping filled wall and its combined vibration isolation structures can reduce the vertical acceleration vibration level by 13.5%,and reduce the horizontal acceleration vibration level by 12.7%;The vibration reduction ratio of empty trench isolation to vertical and horizontal acceleration vibration levels are 10.6%and 2.8%,respectively.Damping filled walls and their combined structures have good vibration reduction effects on horizontal vibrations in the frequency domain of 20-30 Hz,but the effect of empty trench isolation on horizontal vibration reduction in this frequency range is not significant.Both hollow trench isolation and new damping isolation structures have good vibration reduction effects on vertical vibrations for vibration frequencies below 50 Hz.But when the vibration frequency exceeds 50 Hz,the vibration reduction effect of all types of isolation structures is not significant.
