摘  要:模仿大脑的思维方法简单方便的解决了低压铸造液面加压控制系统充型速度自适应控制的难题,建立最优的凝固温度梯度,并通过实验证明是正确的。另外,由充型转保压的保压跃升阶段可精确及时到毫秒级,为铸件的凝固补缩及时提供大保压压力,降低铸件因增压不及时而产生缩松的风险,进一步提高了铸件的内在质量与铸件成品率。该系统的使用不仅可提高铸件成品率,还可使铸造新操作手与经验丰富的操作手几乎具有同等的水平,降低了铸造生产过程对员工素质的依赖。The brain-mimicking method solves the problem of adaptive control of filling speed of low-pressure casting liquid level pressurized control system in a simple and convenient way,and establishes the optimal solidification temperature gradient,which is proved to be correct by experiments.In addition,the pressure holding jump stage from filling to pressure holding can be accurate and timely to the millisecond level,which provides large pressure holding pressure for the solidification and shrinkage of castings in time,reduces the risk of shrinkage and looseness of castings due to untimely pressurization,and further improves the intrinsic quality of castings and the yield of castings.The use of this system not only improves the yield of castings,but also makes the casting of new operators almost equal to the level of experienced operators,reducing the dependence of the casting production process on the quality of employees.
