摘　　要：在国家大力推进应用型人才培养的背景下,该文对居住区规划原理课程的教学现状进行分析,提出基于过程性评价的教学改革方案。传统的单一结果性评价方式无法全面反映学生在学习过程中的实践能力,且难以有效激发学生的学习积极性。为此,居住区规划原理课程通过引入过程性评价改革,结合教学内容的优化与教学方法的创新,采用多元化评价内容和多维度评价方式,全面提升学生的自主学习能力、实践能力和社会责任感,以适应应用型人才培养的需求。Amid the national effort to advance the cultivation of applied talents,this paper examines the current teaching practices of the residential area planning principles course and proposes a reform plan centered on formative assessment.Traditional outcome-based assessments fail to fully capture students'practical competencies and are insufficient in motivating their engagement throughout the learning process.To address these shortcomings,the course integrates formative assessment reforms,optimizing both the curriculum and pedagogical approaches.By implementing diversified evaluation criteria and adopting multidimensional assessment methods,the reform aims to comprehensively improve students'self-directed learning capabilities,practical skills,and sense of social responsibility,thereby aligning with the broader goals of applied talent development.
