摘  要:高职院校创新创业教育的关键在于学生创新创业能力的培养,建立科学客观的测量量表能够为高职院校创新创业教育提供决策参考。该文基于新质生产力视角,从创新能力、个人特质、学习能力、机会识别、核心素养和创业能力6个维度,构建高职学生创新创业能力评价指标体系,采用熵权TOPSIS(逼近理想解排序法)模型进行实证测度。研究发现:在评价高职学生创新创业能力时,创新能力和个人特质两项指标较为重要,但总体水平偏低;依据创新创业能力综合水平得分高低,可将高职学生划分为创造型、务实型和平庸型3种类型。The key to innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges lies in the cultivation of students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.Establishing a scientific and objective measurement scale can provide decisionmaking reference for innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of new quality productive forces,an evaluation index system for college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability was constructed from six dimensions of innovation ability,personal traits,learning ability,opportunity identification,core competencies,and entrepreneurial ability,using the entropy weight TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)model for empirical measurement.The study found that innovation ability and personal traits were the most important indicators in evaluating college students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,but their overall level was low.According to the level of college students’overall innovation and entrepreneurship ability,they can be divided into three types:creative,practical,and mediocre.
