摘　　要：随着养老产业规模的急剧扩大,社会亟需养老服务人才,而我国的养老服务人才市场尚未形成,导致养老服务机构等养老产业专业型人才匮乏,在这种环境下,如何培养养老服务专业人才成为重点关注问题。该文从大数据调研、企业调研和院校调研3个方面分析智慧健康养老服务与管理专业面向行业岗位人才需求、人才岗位需求及培养方向等情况,为智慧健康养老服务与管理专业更好地培养人才提供参考和依据。With the rapid expansion of the elderly care industry,there is an urgent need for elderly care service talents.However,China's elderly care service talent market has not yet formed,leading to a shortage of professional talents in the elderly care industry such as elderly care service institutions.In this environment,how to cultivate elderly care service professionals has become a key concern.This article analyzes the demand for industry positions,talent positions,and training directions in the field of smart health and elderly care services and management from three aspects:big data research,enterprise research,and university research.It provides reference and basis for better talent cultivation in the field of smart health and elderly care services and management.
