摘 要:在高等师范专业教育认证背景下,地方高校师范专业教育不但应以师范认证标准为导向,确定专业建设的目标;还应以师范生个性化发展和初高中学校用人单位的需求为导向,进行专业优化调整与改革,对专业教育与教学进行持续改进;更应立足学校和区域经济社会发展的实际情况,打造拥有鲜明特色的专业,以特色求发展,以特色创品牌,实现专业高质量可持续发展。In the context of the education accreditation of higher normal majors,the education and teaching needs of teacher training majors in local colleges and universities should be based on the teacher education accreditation standards to determine the goals of professional construction.Guided by the personality development of normal students and the needs of employers in junior hig schools and high schools,the optimization and adjustment and reform of majors are carried out,and the professional education and teaching are continuously improved;Based on the actual situation of the school and regional economic and social development,it forms a major with its own distinctive characteristics,seeks development with characteristics,builds a brand with characteristics,and realizes the high-quality and sustainable development of the profession.
