摘　　要：生物化学是生物类、农学类等专业的核心课程。生物化学课程的知识体系庞大、内容广泛、覆盖面大,传统教学模式难以激发学生自主学习的能动性。该文分析了生物化学教学过程中传统教学的缺点和案例教学的优点,并从案例教学实施过程、评价以及注意事项3个方面提出了具体的操作方法:首先准备与课程内容紧密相关的教学案例,其次在课堂上应用教学案例,最后对案例教学实施效果总结、评估以及提出注意事项。采用案例教学,可进一步调动学生自主学习的能动性,提高生物化学课程的教学质量。Biochemistry is the core course of majors such as biology and agriculture.The knowledge system of biochemistry course is vast,with extensive content and wide coverage.Traditional teaching methods are difficult to stimulate students'initiative in independent learning.This article analyzes the shortcomings of traditional teaching and the advantages of case teaching in the teaching process of biochemistry,and proposes specific operational methods from three aspects:the implementation process,evaluation,and precautions of case teaching,first,prepare teaching cases closely related to the course content,second,implement teaching cases in the classroom,and finally summarize,evaluate,and pay attention to the implementation effect of case teaching.Incorporating case studies into teaching can further enhance students’motivation for self-directed learning and elevate the quality of biochemistry course instruction.
