摘　　要：该文立足新医科背景下基层医疗需求新变化,聚焦岗位胜任力标准,重组临床实践核心技能,构建“岗—课—证”融合的一体化、树状式、进阶式中医全科医学临床实践技能体系,搭建综合性、创新性实践教学虚拟平台,设计多样化微课资源;实施“学—练—赛”联动的项目式、混合式教学,开展全程、客观、规范化的考核评价,递进式提升基本技能、临床诊疗和公共卫生服务能力,培养专业知识扎实、实践能力强、人文素养高的中医专业人才。Based on the the new medical background and the new changes in the needs of primary medical care,this study focuses on the post competency standards,recombines the core skills of clinical practice,builds an integrated,tree-shaped and advanced TCM clinical practice skill system integrating“post-class-certificate”,builds a comprehensive and innovative virtual platform for practical teaching and designs diversified micro-class resources.Through the implementation of project-style and mixed teaching of“learning-training-competition”and the whole-process,objective and standardized examination and evaluation,this study gradually improves basic skills,clinical treatment and public health service capacity,and cultivates TCM professionals with solid professional knowledge,strong practical ability and high humanistic accomplishment.
