摘  要:随着我国高等教育改革的深入推进,本科生科研能力培养成为教育改革的一项重要任务。借助哈尔滨工程大学实施的本科生导师制改革,该文主要探讨本科生导师制在解决本科生科研能力培养问题中发挥的作用,进一步发现本科生导师制中存在师生比例失调、师生之间缺乏常态化交流机制、缺乏本科生导师的激励考核机制等问题,提出构建金融学专业“1+1+N”导师团队、建立常态化交流机制、激发学生科研自主性、构建本科生导师激励和考核机制的对策建议。With the deepening of China's higher education reform,cultivating undergraduate research abilities has become an important task of the reform.With the help of the undergraduate tutorial system reform implemented by Harbin Engineering University,this article mainly explores the role of the undergraduate tutorial system in solving the problem of cultivating undergraduate research abilities.It further finds that there are problems of imbalanced teacher-student ratio,a lack of normalized communication mechanism between teachers and students,and a lack of incentive and assessment mechanism.It proposes suggestions including building a“1+1+N”tutor team for finance specialty,establishing a normalized communication mechanism,stimulating student research autonomy,and constructing incentive and assessment mechanisms for undergraduate supervisors.
