摘　　要：该文探讨基于希望理论的大学生创新创业胜任力培育问题,通过对希望理论的深入分析,构建了一个适用于大学生创新创业胜任力培育的理论模型。研究结果表明:希望理论中的3个核心要素——目标、路径和动力,对大学生创新创业胜任力的培育具有显著影响。具体而言,明确的目标设定、有效的路径规划和持久的动力支持,能够显著提升大学生的创新创业胜任力。该文提出了相应的培育策略和建议,为高校创新创业教育提供了理论支持和实践指导。This article explores the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship competence among college students based on the Hope Theory.Through in-depth analysis of the Hope Theory,a theoretical model suitable for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship competence among college students has been constructed.The research results indicate that the three core elements of hope theory-goals,paths,and motivation-have a significant impact on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship competence among college students.Specifically,clear goal setting,effective path planning,and sustained motivation support can significantly enhance the innovation and entrepreneurship competence of college students.This article proposes corresponding cultivation strategies and suggestions,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
