摘  要:产教融合是地方工科高校提升办学水平的重要途径之一。多年来,地方工科高校坚持专业结构与产业结构相互融合、人才培养标准与职业要求相互适配、人才培养资源与产业资源相互协同、教育机制与产业机制相互共振,从专业结构、课程体系、教学改革、学业评价等方面推动改革。南京工业大学立足自身实际与比较优势,从创建“三螺旋”育人机制、实施校企“双主体”实践教学体系、探索“三链融合”新型机制等方面进行了特色产教融合实践。The integration between industry and education is one of the important ways for local engineering universities to advance the high-quality development.Over the years,local engineering universities have insisted on the mutual integration of professional structure and industrial structure,the mutual adaptation of talent cultivation standards and vocational requirements,the mutual synergy of talent cultivation resources and industrial resources,and the mutual resonance of education mechanism and industrial mechanism,and have promoted the reform in terms of professional structure,curriculum system,teaching reform,and academic evaluation.Based on its own actuality and comparative advantages,Nanjing Tech University has carried out characteristic reforms in terms of creating the“three-helix”educating mechanism,implementing the university-enterprise“double-body”practice teaching system,and exploring the“three-chain fusion”new type of teaching mechanism.
