摘 要:以习近平文化思想为指导,以讲好中国故事为着力点,创新推进中华文化的国际传播,加强对外文化交流和多层次文明对话,是新时代推动建设社会主义文化强国的必然要求。文化交流传播在全媒体时代正在呈现出主体多元化、边界模糊化、传播立体化等特征,同时面临着传播思维僵化、内容符号化、模式单向性、渠道滞后性等表达困境。抓住全媒体时代的发展契机,亟需提高我国文化交流传播能力,在转变跨文化传播思维、强化“内容为王”理念、创新双向互动传播模式和丰富传播渠道、挖掘民间传播力量上下功夫,不断探索跨文化传播视域中的国家形象建构新理念和新路径。Guided by Xi Jinping's cultural thought,focusing on telling a good Chinese story,enhancing the domestic dissemination of Chinese culture,innovatively promoting international dissemination,strengthening foreign cultural exchanges and multi-level civilization dialogues are the necessary requirements for promoting the construction of a strong socialist cultural country in the new era.Cultural exchanges and communication in the all-media era present new features such as diversification of subjects,blurring of boundaries,and three-dimensionalization of communication,and meanwhile face expression dilemmas such as rigidity of communication thinking,symbolization of content,unidirectionality of mode,and lagging of channels.To seize the development opportunity of the all-media era,it is urgent to improve China's cultural exchange and communication ability,change the thinking of intercultural communication,strengthen the concept of"content is king,"innovate the two-way interactive communication mode and enrich the communication channels,and tap the power of folk communication,so as to continuously explore the new concepts and paths for the construction of national image in the field of intercultural communication.We will continue to explore new concepts and paths for national image building in the context of cross-cultural communication.
