摘  要:教师队伍的建设是教育事业发展的核心和关键,如何有效提升教师队伍的能力和水平,持续优化课堂教学的策略与方法是教师队伍培养过程中面临的长期课题。数字时代对教师队伍素质提出了更高要求,也为教师队伍能力提升提供了新思路、新方法。广州中学以教师队伍建设机制重构推动教师专业发展模式创新,以人工智能(AI)支持的校本研修重塑教师专业发展新样态,通过“一个个案研究”和“一个行动研究”落实以校本研修实现人工智能支持的教师队伍智慧教学能力发展模式创新,持续推动学校教育高质量发展,促进师生生命成长。The construction of the teacher team is the core and key to the development of the educational cause.How to effectively enhance the ability and level of the teacher team and continuously optimize the strategies and methods of classroom teaching is a long-term issue faced in the cultivation of the teacher team.The digital age has put forward higher requirements for the quality of the teacher team and also provided new ideas and methods for the improvement of the teacher team's ability.Guangzhou Middle School has promoted the innovation of teachers'professional development models through the reconstruction of the teacher team construction mechanism,reshaped the new form of teachers'professional development supported by"artificial intelligence"through school-based research and development,and implemented the development model of teachers'wisdom teaching ability supported by artificial intelligence through"a case study"and"an action research",continuously promoting the high-quality development of school education and promoting the growth of teachers and students.
