摘  要:随着我国人口老龄化进程不断加速,在老年教育中开展课程思政教育的紧迫性日益凸显。深入剖析积极老龄化与老年教育课程思政的内涵及其逻辑关系,针对当前老年教育面临的教师思政素养参差不齐、思政内容体系薄弱、思政教学手段单一、思政教学评价缺失等现实困境,提出将思政教育融入老年教育全过程的四位一体应对策略,通过强化教师培养、优化资源建设、丰富教学手段和完善评价体系,实现知识传授与价值引领的同频共振,推动老年教育三全育人。As China's aging population continues to grow at an accelerating pace,the urgency of integrating the political and virtuous awareness into elderly education curricula has become increasingly evident.This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the interrelationship between the active aging strategy and the political and virtuous awareness within elderly education courses.It addresses current challenges such as inconsistent teacher competence in ideological and political literacy,underdeveloped ideological and political content frameworks,limited teaching methodologies,and the lack of effective evaluation mechanisms.The paper proposes a holistic four-pronged strategy aimed at seamlessly integrating the political and virtuous awareness throughout the entire elderly education process.By enhancing teacher training,optimizing resource development,diversifying teaching methods,and refining the evaluation system,this approach seeks to harmonize knowledge dissemination with value guidance,thereby fostering comprehensive development in elderly education.
