摘 要:老年教育是终身教育体系的重要组成部分,老年教育的高质量发展也是新时代高质量教育体系建设的必然要求。当前各地市老年教育资源供给不平衡不充分现象显著,在办学定位、资源分布、政策机制、服务水平等方面亟需完善提升。多措并举完善地市老年教育内涵要素,从教育投资角度提出扩大老年教育影响力的现实举措,围绕多方协同办学提出资源共享的参考路径并指出制度保障体系建设方向,以期为地市发展高质量老年教育提供借鉴参考。Elderly education is a crucial component of the life-long education system,and its high-quality development is an inevitable requirement for the construction of a high-quality education system in the new era.Currently,there are notable imbalances and inadequacies in the supply of elderly education resources across prefecture-level cities,with urgent needs for improvement in areas such as school orientation,resource distribution,policy mechanisms,and service levels.This article analyzes the connotation of elderly education from the perspective of discipline construction,proposes practical measures to expand the influence of elderly education from the perspective of educational investment,offers reference paths for multi-party collaborative education,and suggests directions for the construction of an institutional guarantee system.It aims to provide reference for the development of high-quality elderly education at the prefecture-level cities.
