高职电子商务专业校企共建课程现状研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：我国职业教育发展中的重要议题之一是如何高效率利用企业资源,完成产教融合,校企共同培养业务水平高、实践能力强的人才。结合湖南省高职院校电子商务专业开展校企共建课程的实际情况,利用问卷调查和统计分析的方法,分析在实践过程中校企共建可能存在的主要问题并提出改进建议,以帮助高职院校优化校企共建课程的组织形式和实践细节,提高校企共建课程质量,更加夯实高职院校与企业的合作,以产业和技术发展的最新需求推动高校人才培养改革,并行之有效地帮助学生提高实践能力和职位胜任能力。One of the important issues in the development of vocational education in China is how to efficiently utilize enterprise resources,achieve the integration of industry and education,and jointly cultivate talents with high professional skills and strong practical abilities.In order to adapt to the development of vocational education in China and actively respond to the national policy call for the integration of industry and education in vocational colleges,this article will base on the actual situation of college-enterprise co-construction courses in e-commerce major in the vocational colleges in Hunan province,use questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis to analyze the main problems that may exist in the practical process and propose improvement suggestions.The writer hopes that the research in this article can help vocational colleges optimize the organizational form and practical details of college-enterprise co-construction courses,improve the quality and strengthen the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises,promote the reform of talent cultivation in colleges with the latest needs of industrial and technological development,and effectively help students improve their practical ability and job competence.
