帕金森病专病护理进修教学内容的设计与探索

摘　　要：随着神经病学亚专科的不断发展,对专病进修的需求也在不断攀升。针对帕金森病专科护理的进修内容,文章提出了以临床专科问题为基础结合护理查房模式的教学设计,包括基础知识、专项提升和进阶实训3个阶段,逐步递进,由理论学习过渡到临床实践内容。这种教学模式能够充分调动进修人员的学习主动性、思考问题的全面性,并使得进修人员能够全面掌握帕金森病的相关知识,提高对专病护理风险预警、早期识别、干预管理、建立随访等全流程管理中每个环节的把控能力,从而全面实现促进疾病恢复、提升照护技能的专科进修目的。With the continuous development of neurology subspecialties,the demand for specialized disease training is also increasing.Aiming at the content of specialized nursing of Parkinson's disease,this article puts forward the teaching design of nursing based on clinical specialty problems combined with nursing ward round mode,including three stages of basic knowledge,special promotion and advanced training,and gradually transition from theoretical learning to clinical practice.This teaching mode can fully mobilize the learning initiative and comprehensiveness of thinking problems of the trainees,and enable the trainees to fully grasp the relevant knowledge of Parkinson's disease,improve the control ability of each link in the whole process management such as risk warning,early identification,intervention management,and establishment of follow-up,in order to fully realize the purpose of promoting disease recovery and improving nursing skills.
