摘　　要：病理学技术研究生教育是培养高级病理学技术人才的重要组成部分,临床实践能力培养是病理学技术专业型硕士培养的重要内容。病理学技术学术型硕士培养侧重于传授病理学技术知识和训练科研逻辑思维,在培养病理学技术研究生在临床实践中的动手与分析能力,以及从实践中来到实践中去的反思能力和创新能力方面相对欠缺。为了培养符合精准医疗和精准病理诊断新时代要求的病理学技术人才,满足病理学技术研究生的培养模式和培养体系由学术型向专业型转变的要求,文章从病理学技术专业型硕士临床实践能力的重要性、临床实践的现状、构建临床实践体系的目的、内容以及建议等方面进行阐述,总结病理学技术专业型硕士临床实践体系构建及临床实践能力培养中的教学实践和思考体会,以期为建设标准化和规范化的病理学技术人才培养体系提供参考。Graduate education in pathological technology is a crucial component in cultivating high-level professionals in this field,with clinical practical competency training serving as a key element in the education of the professional master's students in pathological technology.The academic-oriented master's program in pathological technology primarily focuses on imparting technical knowledge and training scientific research logic,yet it remains insufficient in developing students'hands on and analytical abilities in clinical practice,as well as their reflective and innovative capacities in practice-to-practice cycle.To cultivate pathological technicians who meet the demands of the new era of precision medicine and precision pathological diagnosis,and to address the need for shifting the cultivation model and system from academicoriented to professional-oriented for pathological technology graduates,this article elaborates on the following aspects:the significance of clinical practical competency for professional master's students in pathological technology,the current status of clinical practice,the objectives,contents and recommendations of constructing a clinical practice system,and summarizes teaching practices and reflections on building a clinical practice system and fostering clinical practical competency for professional master's students in pathological technology,aiming to provide references for establishing a standardized talent cultivation system of pathological technology.
