摘　　要：高校思政课教师队伍形象建构是高校思政课建设的重要问题之一。新时代高校思政课教师应该既是马克思主义的信仰者和践行者,又是中华优秀传统文化的传承者和弘扬者,其形象应具备“两个结合”的鲜明精神气质。中华优秀传统文化中蕴含着丰富的教育资源和思政元素,其中君子施教的总体形象、士志于道的理想信念、修齐治平的家国情怀、仁者爱人的仁爱精神、因材施教的育人理念、孔颜乐处的人生境界凸显出中国传统教师的生动形象。在高校思政课教师队伍形象建构中,必须重视中华优秀传统文化资源及其涵养作用,通过内涵重构、形式创新,有效提高和充分凸显新时代高校思政课教师队伍形象的中国特色和中国品格,进而打造高质量的高校思政课教师队伍。The image construction of the ideological and political course teachers in higher education institutions is a significant issue in developing the courses in higher education.In the new era,university ideological and political course teachers should be both believers and practitioners of Marxism,as well as inheritors and promoters of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,their image must embody a distinct spiritual temperament that merges these two elements.The excellent traditional Chinese culture offers abundant educational resources and ideological and political elements,including the overall image of a gentleman as a teacher,the noble aspirations of a scholar pursuing the Tao,the patriotic dedication to cultivating and maintaining peace,the benevolent spirit of caring for others,the philosophy of teaching according to individual aptitudes,and the educational realm exemplified by Confucius and Yan,which highlight the vibrant image of traditional Chinese educators.In constructing the image of ideological and political course teachers in universities,it’s essential to recognize the resources and nourishing influence of excellent traditional Chinese culture,by reconstructing connotations and innovating forms,the unique characteristics and essence of ideological and political course teachers in today’s universities can be effectively enhanced and fully presented,thus fostering a high-quality team of educators in this field.
