摘 要:目的 探讨课程思政融入案例教学法(CBL)在全科医学社区实习中的教学效果。方法 选取在社区卫生实习基地实习的2019级和2020级五年制临床医学专业实习生共81名,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用传统的病例讨论方式,研究组采用课程思政融入CBL教学法。比较两组实习医生在教学质量评价与教学效果方面的差异。结果 教学后,研究组实习医生的理论成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.03,P<0.05)。研究组实习医生在提高学习自主性、提高学习兴趣、增强团队意识、更好地掌握理论知识、提高问题分析能力、提高医学人文素养、喜欢这种教学形式、课堂气氛活跃度、更加了解全科医学和激发全科医学兴趣的带教效果的评价评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=4.84、7.84、5.61、11.08、17.53、6.32、9.83、10.53、22.59、10.62,P均<0.05)。结论课程思政融入CBL教学法不仅能提高全科医学社区实习效果,还能增强医学生对全科医学的了解及专业认同感。Objective To explore the teaching effect of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into the casebased learning(CBL)in the community internship of general practice.Methods A total 81 interns majoring in fiveyear clinical medicine program from the grade 2019 and 2020 who practice in the community health practice base were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group adopted the traditional case discussion method,while the experimental group adopted the teaching method of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into the CBL.The differences in teaching quality evaluation and teaching effects between two groups were compared.Results After the teaching,the theoretical scores of the interns in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.03,P<0.05).The evaluation scores of the interns in the experimental group for the teaching effects,such as improving learning autonomy,enhancing learning interest,strengthening team awareness,better mastering theoretical knowledge,improving problem analysis ability,enhancing medical humanistic quality,liking this teaching form,the liveliness of the classroom atmosphere,having a better understanding of general practice medicine,and stimulating interest in general practice medicine were all higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.84,7.84,5.61,11.08,17.53,6.32,9.83,10.53,22.59,10.62,P<0.05).Conclusion The CBL teaching integrated with curriculum ideology and politics can not only improve the effect of community internship in general practice,but also enhance the understanding and professional identity of medical students in general practice.
