摘 要:目的 探究微视频联合Teach-back模式在产科护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月在我院产科实习的护士60名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30名。对照组接受常规临床带教,观察组接受微视频联合Teach-back模式方法进行临床带教,实习4周后,对所有实习护士进行封闭式、双盲式护理理论和实践操作考核,并采用自制教学效果评估问卷、教学满意度评估量表评估教学效果与教学满意度。结果经过4周的实习,观察组的理论成绩、实践操作成绩、总成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=4.51、4.42、5.48,P均<0.05)。观察组的自评教学效果包括自主学习、临床思维、分析和解决问题、护患沟通、创新、团队协作、调动学习积极性7个方面均优于对照组(χ^(2)分别=4.32、4.81、4.71、4.36、6.67、9.02、7.20,P均<0.05);观察组教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.71,P<0.05)。结论 在产科护理实习带教中应用微视频联合Teach-back模式可提高实习护士的专业素养,提升教学效果及教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of micro-video combined with the "Teach-back" mode in obstetric nursing internship teaching.Methods Sixty nurses who practiced in the obstetric department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as study objective.They were equally and randomly devided into a control and an observation group.The control group received traditional teaching method,while the observation group received the new teaching method of micro-video combined with the "Teach-back" mode.After 4 weeks of teaching,all the nurses underwent closed and double-blind theoretical and skill test.Teaching effect and nurses' satisfaction of the new teaching method was assessed with self-made questionnaires.Results The average theoretical,skill and total test score of nurses in observation group were all significantly higher than the scores of nurses in the control group(t=4.51,4.42,5.48,P<0.05).The scores of teaching effectiveness questionnaire in the observation group,including self-directed learning,clinical thinking,analysis and problem-solving,nurse patient communication,innovation,team collaboration,and motivation for learning were all significantly higher than the scores of the control group(χ^(2)=4.32,4.81,4.71,4.36,6.67,9.02,7.20,P<0.05).The satisfaction with the teaching method of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(χ^(2)=4.71,P<0.05).Conclusion Application of micro-video combined with the "Teach-back" mode in obstetric nursing internship teaching can improve the professional quality of nurses,teaching effect and satisfaction.
