摘 要:参与全球教育治理不仅事关我国教育事业对外开放,也是我国实现教育现代化、扎实推进教育强国建设的重要途径之一。国际教育合作是我国与世界沟通的桥梁,是传播中国特色社会主义文化、树立人类命运共同体意识的重要路径,有力印证了中国始终是世界和平的建设者、全球发展的贡献者以及国际秩序的维护者。党的十八大以来,我国积极参与全球教育治理并有所作为,不断提升教育对外开放新格局,与世界各国取得了丰硕的合作成果。与此同时,我国参与全球教育治理也面临诸多挑战,如自身教育存在的短板、国际政治的冲击、全球教育治理的变化以及世界安全形势的影响。因此,我国应秉承人类命运共同体理念,推动全球教育多元治理;大力推进数字教育技术合作,促进全球数字教育发展;推动全球教育治理机制改革,增加教育公共产品供给;加大我国国际教育合作力度,开展需求导向务实合作。这些策略能够提升我国在全球教育治理领域的软实力和话语权,有助于推动我国实现教育强国目标。Participating in global education governance is not only related to the opening up of China’s education undertaking,but also one of the important ways to realize its educational modernization and solidly promote the construction of an educational powerhouse.International educational cooperation is a bridge between China and the world.It is an important way to spread socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and establish a sense of community with a shared future for mankind.It strongly confirms that China has always worked to safeguard world peace,contribute to global development,and preserve international order.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has actively participated in global education governance and made achievements,continuously improved the new pattern of education opening up to the outside world,and achieved fruitful cooperation results with countries around the world.At the same time,China’s participation in global education governance also faces many challenges,such as its own educational shortcomings,the impact of international politics,changes in global education governance,and the impact of the world’s security situation.Therefore,China should uphold the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and promote diversified global education governance;vigorously promote digital education technology cooperation and promote the development of global digital education;promote the reform of global education governance mechanisms and increase the supply of educational public goods;strengthen China’s international education cooperation and develop demand-oriented practical cooperation.These strategies can enhance China’s soft power and voice in the field of global education governance and help promote its goal of becoming an educational powerhouse.
