摘 要:目的评价啤酒花β-酸抑制口腔致病菌的体外功效,以及含啤酒花β-酸的牙膏抑制牙菌斑的作用。方法通过最小抑菌浓度测试和生长抑制实验,评价啤酒花β-酸对变异链球菌、血链球菌、黏性放线菌的抑制作用;通过变异链球菌的抑菌圈实验,比较啤酒花β-酸相对于西吡氯铵和三氯生的抑菌效果。选取含0.2%啤酒花β-酸牙膏进行一项随机对照临床研究,评价含啤酒花β-酸的牙膏抑制牙菌斑的作用。结果啤酒花β-酸对变异链球菌、血链球菌、黏性放线菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为0.98 ppm、<0.49 ppm、<0.49 ppm,优于西吡氯铵和三氯生。生长抑制曲线结果显示啤酒花β-酸可以很好的抑制三种细菌24 h的生长。啤酒花β-酸对于变异链球菌的抑菌圈直径最大。临床试验中,试验组在4周、3个月、6个月时,菌斑指数比基线分别降低0.13、0.23、0.37;对照组仅在6个月时有所下降。结论啤酒花β-酸可以很好的抑制口腔致病菌,含0.2%啤酒花β-酸牙膏有抑制牙菌斑的功效。Objective To evaluate the in vitro efficacy of hopsβ-acids in inhibiting oral pathogenic bacteria and the effect of toothpaste containing hopsβ-acids on inhibiting dental plaque.Methods The inhibitory effect of hopsβ-acids on Streptococcus mutans,Streptococcus sanguis and Actinomyces viscosus were evaluated through minimum inhibitory concentration tests and growth inhibition tests.The antibacterial effect of hopsβ-acids was compared with that of cetylpyridinium chloride and triclosan through zone of inhibition with Streptococcus mutans.A randomized controlled clinical study was conducted to evaluate the effect of toothpaste containing 0.2%hopsβ-acids in inhibiting dental plaque.Results The minimum inhibitory concentrations of hopsβ-acids for Streptococcus mutans,Streptococcus sanguis and Actinomyces viscosus were 0.98 ppm,<0.49 ppm,and<0.49 ppm,respectively,which were superior to cetylpyridinium chloride and triclosan.The growth inhibition curve showed that hopsβ-acids could effectively inhibit the growth of the three bacteria for 24 hours.The diameter of the inhibition zone of hopsβ-acids against Streptococcus mutans was the largest.In the clinical trial,the plaque index of the test group decreased by 0.13,0.23,and 0.37 at 4 weeks,3 months,and 6 months compared with baseline,while the control group only showed a decrease at 6 months.Conclusions Hopsβ-acids can effectively inhibit oral pathogenic bacteria,and toothpaste containing 0.2%hopsβ-acids could effectively inhibit dental plaque.
