虚拟仿真项目在儿童口腔医学实训课教学中的实践探索

摘  要:目的建立适用于儿童口腔医学的虚拟仿真教学系统,并探讨其在儿童口腔医学实训课教学中的应用价值。方法①将乳磨牙不锈钢预成冠及乳前牙透明冠修复的诊疗全过程进行动画模拟,制作成完整的线上虚拟仿真系统。②选取厦门医学院2018级口腔医学专业1、2班学生共69人为研究对象,将其随机分为虚拟仿真组和对照组。虚拟仿真组在线上采用虚拟仿真系统进行学习,然后进行仿头模实训操作;对照组采用传统模式授课。两组学生预备后的牙体模型由2位教师采用百分制进行评分,最终成绩取平均分,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行t检验对比分析两组学生得分及操作时长的差异。课后发放调查问卷调查学生对于虚拟仿真教学系统的评价。结果①研发了具有自主专利的在线虚拟仿真教学系统;②两组学生操作得分差异无统计学意义,实验组(72.50±10.54)分vs.对照组(76.00±10.63)分(t=1.37,P=0.174)。两组学生平均操作时间差异有统计学意义,实验组(33.90±7.01)min vs.对照组(41.50±7.25)min(t=4.41,P<0.001)。③89.86%(62/69)学生同意“儿童乳牙冠修复线上虚拟仿真教学系统”利于巩固所学知识,加深理解;94.2%(65/69)的学生认可该系统加深了自己对于乳牙冠修复诊疗过程的理解;36.23%(25/69)的学生认为该系统仍有改进空间:78.81%(53/69)的学生同意虚拟仿真教学是未来口腔实训课教学的发展趋势。此外,有60.87%(42/69)的学生认为该系统仍不能完全替代教师的示教。结论虚拟仿真教学系统应用在儿童口腔医学临床前期实训教学中,能有效提高学生的实践能力,在口腔医学生的日常授课中值得推广。Objective To establish a set of virtual simulation system suitable for the teaching of pediatric dentistry,and to explore its application value in the practical course.Method Through the animation simulation of the whole process of treatment of stainless-steel crowns(SSC)and strip crowns,a complete online virtual simulation system was formed.A total of 69 students from Class 1 and Class 2 of Stomatology major,Grade 2018,Xiamen Medical College were selected and randomly divided into two groups:The students in the virtual simulation group used the virtual simulation system to preview the restoration process,then carried out the practical training operation on the plastic model.The students in the control group were taught in traditional way when receiving the practical training course.The results were scored by two teachers using the percentage system.Statistical methods were taken to compare the difference between the two groups of students’scores and operation time.Results The online virtual simulation system with independent patent was developed.The average scores of the two groups were(72.50±10.54)vs.(76.00±10.63),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P=0.174).There was statistical difference in average operation time between the two groups(P<0.001),as(33.90±7.01)min vs.(41.5±7.25)min.89.86%(62/69)of the students agreed that“Online virtual simulation system for Children’s crown Restoration”can provide multiple and multi-dimensional practice opportunities,which was conducive to consolidating knowledge and deepening understanding;94.2%(65/69)of the students agreed that the system deepened their understanding of the diagnosis and treatment process of crown restoration;36.23%(25/69)of the students thought that the system still had room for improvement,the main improvement measures proposed by the students lie in the lack of fluency of the operation system,and the network lag:78.81%(53/69>)of the students agreed that this system would be the trend of practice teaching in the futu
