全球性教育奖项何以助推中国参与全球教育治理  

How Global Education Prizes Boost China's Participation in Global Education Governance

摘  要:以“联合国教科文组织孔子教育奖”和“联合国教科文组织女童和妇女教育奖”为代表的全球性教育奖项是中国参与全球教育治理的重要工具。全球性教育奖项在赋能全球教育治理过程中形成了3种作用机制:即以国际化议题引领全球教育交流互鉴,以评选最佳实践丰富教育国际公共产品供给,以提供资金支持推动奖项成果惠及全球。中国以全球性教育奖项为抓手,积极落实联合国可持续发展目标4,传播中国特色教育理念与实践经验,深化教育国际交流与合作,有力提升了全球教育话语权和国际影响力。面向未来,我国需要以“人类命运共同体”理念指引奖项品牌建设,落实奖项“教育国际传播与合作平台”的角色定位,提升奖项议题设置水平,释放奖项教育援助潜能,为我国深度参与全球教育治理贡献力量。Global education awards,such as the UNESCO Confucius Prize for Literacy and the UNESCO Prize for Girls'and Women's Education,are important tools for China's proactive participation in global education governance.In the process of participating in global education governance,global education prizes have formed three mechanisms:leading global education exchanges and mutual understanding through internationalization of issues,enriching the provision of international public goods in education by selecting best practices,and providing financial support to promote the benefits of the prizes to the world.With global education awards,China has actively implemented SDG 4,disseminated education concepts and practical experiences with Chinese characteristics,and deepened international exchanges and cooperation in education,which has greatly enhanced the discourse power and international influence of global education.Looking to the future,China needs to use the concept of"a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind"to guide the brand building of the awards,implement the role of the awards as a platform for international dissemination and cooperation in education,improve the level of issue setting of the awards,and unleash the potential of the awards'education assistance,so as to contribute to China's in-depth participation in global education governance.The awards will contribute to China's in-depth participation in global education governance.
