摘  要:[目的]促进自然教育导师评价体系标准化,推动自然教育课程高质量发展。[方法]创新性地聚焦自然教育导师特质,从情感事件理论视角出发,采用扎根理论方法对网络文本进行三级编码。[结果]开发形成包含“个性品质”“知识储备”和“专业能力”3个维度、21个题项的自然教育导师特质量表,构建自然教育导师特质综合评价模型,其中,“个性品质”包含人格品质与专业品质;“知识储备”包含自然智能和知识丰富度;“专业能力”包含教学能力、创造能力、师生互动和安全管理能力。量表具有良好的信效度。自然教育导师特质对儿童积极情绪有显著的正向作用。[结论]自然教育导师的3大特质是开展自然教育活动所必需的核心素质、内生素质和外显素质,直接影响儿童的积极情绪体验。自然教育导师特质的综合评价模型为自然教育导师的评价和培训提供了科学依据,有助于提升自然教育课程质量。未来研究可面向其他群体对自然教育导师特质量表进行应用与验证;同时结合理论,更全面地探讨自然教育导师特质对自然教育课程高质量发展的促进机制。[Objective]The study aims to standardize nature educator evaluation systems and promote the high-quality development of natural education courses.[Method]This paper innovatively examines nature educators'traits.Three-level coding is conducted for online texts using the grounded theory method from the perspective of affective events theory.[Result]The scale for nature educators'traits is developed,comprising 3 dimensions of"personality,""knowledge reserves,"and"professional competence"with 21 items,based on which the comprehensive evaluation model of nature educators'traits is constructed."Personality"encompasses personality quality and professional quality;"knowledge reserves"include natural intelligence and knowledgeability;and"professional competence"covers teaching ability,creative ability,teacher-student interaction,and safety management capability.The scale boasts a high degree of reliability and validity.Nature educators'traits significantly positively affect children's emotions.[Conclusion]The three traits of nature educator represent the core,intrinsic,and extrinsic qualities essential for conducting nature education activities.These traits directly influence children's positive emotional experiences.The comprehensive evaluation model of nature educators'traits provides a scientific basis for the assessment and training of nature educators,contributing to the improved quality of nature education course.The future research will apply the scale to other groups and have it validated.The promoting role of nature educators'trait scale in the high-quality development of nature education course should be more comprehensively discussed.
