摘　　要：Dear Editor,We report a case of congenital glaucoma patient with Turner syndrome(TS)and DMPK gene mutation whose intraocular pressure(IOP)was controlled by multiple bleb revision with antiproliferation medication followed by transscleral cyclophotocoagulation(TCP).
