摘　　要：辛安亭在不同时期的教育活动中展现出奉献精神、扎实工作作风、开拓精神和创新精神等人格魅力。其人格魅力在实践中体现在“以民为本、人民至上”“爱岗敬业、开拓创新”“默默无闻、无私奉献”“事必躬亲、以身垂范”“生活简朴、平易近人”“以生为本、因材施教”等方面。辛安亭的人格魅力在理想信念、道德情操、育人智慧、躬耕态度、仁爱之心、弘道追求方面充分彰显了当代教育家精神。Xin Anting showed personality charms such as dedication,a down-to-earth working spirit,the pioneering and the innovative spirits in educational activities during different periods.In practice,his personality charm is embodied in aspects such as“people-oriented and people first”,“dedication to his job and being enterprising and innovative”,“selfless dedication”,“attending to everything personally and setting an example by oneself”,“living a simple life and being approachable”,“student-oriented and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”.Xin An-ting s personality charm has fully demonstrated the contemporary educator spirit in terms of ideals and beliefs,moral sentiment,wisdom of education,attitude of working hard,kind-heartedness,and pursuit of spreading the truth.
