摘　　要：高校班级管理育人是高校人才培养的重要环节,也是培养学生成长成才的重要手段。红色文化资源以其丰富的革命历史、英雄人物和革命精神,构建了独特的价值观。红色文化资源融入高校班级管理为高校辅导员做好班级管理赋能增效,为高校辅导员开展班级管理提供有力抓手,有助于筑牢学生的精神之基与精神家园。红色文化资源融入高校班级管理的优势主要表现为进一步涵养和强化高校班级管理的文化底蕴与思想引领,凸显红色文化资源的“历程性”与“精神性”,丰富与创新了高校班级管理的内容和形式。为更好地推进红色文化资源融入班级管理应注重在内容运用策略、形式设计策略与创新载体策略等方面发力,以期增强文化育人的实效性。Class management and education in universities is an important part of talent cultivation and a crucial means of fostering students growth and success.Red cultural resources,with their rich revolutionary history,heroic figures,and revolutionary spirit,have constructed unique values.The integration of red cultural resources into college class management empowers and enhances the effectiveness of class management for college counselors.It provides a powerful tool for college counselors to carry out class management and helps to build a solid foundation and spiritual home for students.The advantages of integrating red cultural resources into college class management are mainly manifested in:further cultivating and strengthening the cultural heritage and ideological guidance of college class management,highlighting the“process”and“spirit”of red cultural resources,and enriching and innovating the content and form of college class management.To better promote the integration of red cultural resources into class management,efforts should be made in areas such as content application strategies,form design strategies,and innovative carrier strategies to enhance the effectiveness of cultural education.
