PDCA循环在应用型本科高校危险化学品管理中的应用研究——以龙岩学院为例

摘　　要：实验室是高校实施教学研究与科研创新的重要场所,加强实验室建设,须将实验室安全管理置于首位。化学实验室安全管理任务繁重,危险化学品品类众多,分级分类管理要求高。针对化学实验室危险化学品管理存在的问题,龙岩学院化学与材料学院应用数字技术开展危险化学品的PDCA循环管理,从管理制度、管理措施、安全监督检查、问题整改四方面,完善安全管理责任体系,实现危险化学品的闭环管理,提高实验室安全管理有效性,保障实验教学与科研活动的有序开展。Laboratories are important places for universities to implement teaching research and scientific innovation.To strengthen laboratory construction,laboratory safety management must be given top priority.The safety management tasks in chemical laboratories are heavy,with numerous categories of hazardous chemicals and high requirements for graded and classified management.In response to the problems in the management of hazardous chemicals in chemical laboratories,the School of Chemistry and Materials Science at Longyan University has applied digital technology to carry out PDCA cycle management of hazardous chemicals from four aspects:management system,management measures,safety supervision and inspection,and problem rectification,the safety management responsibility system has been improved to achieve closed-loop management of hazardous chemicals,improve the effectiveness of laboratory safety management,and ensure the orderly development of experimental teaching and scientific research activities.
