摘  要:面对数字化与智能化技术深度融合的社会转型浪潮,民办高等教师的数智素养水平对教学质量和人才培养成效具有深远影响。通过对已有高校教师数智素养的内涵进行解读,界定民办高校教师数智素养的概念,审视当前教师在数据思维的培养发展、数智素养系统构建、教学能力创新、隐私安全及伦理等方面存在的问题,提出探索人机协作的高效教学、构建“研—训—赛”一体化培训体系、建立数智素养综合能力、强化伦理和隐私保护意识优化路径。In the context of social transformation driven by the deep integration of digitalization and intelligent technologies,the level of digital intelligence literacy among staff in private colleges has exerted a profound impact on teaching quality and talent development outcomes.By interpreting the existing conceptualizations of digital intelligence literacy for higher education faculty,this study defines the concept of digital intelligence literacy for staff in private colleges.It examines current issues in the cultivation of data-driven thinking,the systematic construction of digital intelligence literacy,the innovation of teaching capabilities and the awareness of privacy security and ethics.In addition,it proposes optimization pathways,including exploring efficient human-machine collaborative teaching,constructing an integrated"research-training-competition"training system,establishing comprehensive digital intelligence literacy competencies and strengthening ethical and privacy protection awareness.
