文旅产业融合发展视域下高职院校人才培养模式创新研究——以江西省高职院校为例

摘　　要：当前,高职院校人才培养方面存在与文旅产业融合发展要求不相适应的问题。文章以江西省高职院校为例,阐述文旅产业融合发展视域下高职院校人才培养趋势,分析高职院校人才培养模式创新意义,探究高职院校人才培养模式创新策略,如构建文旅融合特色的课程体系、加强校企合作共建实训基地、完善“双师型”教师培养机制、拓展国际文旅产业合作教学资源,旨在构建适应文旅产业融合发展需求的高素质旅游专业人才培养模式。At present,there are still problems in the talent cultivation of vocational colleges that are not in line with the requirements of the integrated development of the cultural and tourism industry.Taking vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province as an example,this article elaborates on the trend of talent cultivation in vocational colleges from the perspective of integrated development of cultural and tourism industries,analyzes the significance of innovative talent cultivation models in vocational colleges,explores innovative strategies for talent cultivation models in vocational colleges,such as constructing a curriculum system with cultural and tourism integration characteristics,strengthening school enterprise cooperation to jointly build training bases,improving the"dual teacher"teacher training mechanism,and expanding international cultural and tourism industry cooperation teaching resources,and aims to construct a high-quality tourism professional talent cultivation model that meets the needs of integrated development of cultural and tourism industries.
