摘　　要：在“立德树人”背景下,四川护理职业学院药学系(以下简称“川护药学系”)聚焦于学生干部培养,通过深入分析和实践探索,创新性地构建学生干部“五强”培养体系,即“强健康、强信心、强专业、强工作、强未来”。文章在分析“立德树人”视域下高校学生干部角色的重要性的基础上,对川护药学系学生干部“五强”体系搭建与实施的背景、实施过程进行详细阐述,并论述“五强”体系在提升学生干部综合能力、职业生涯规划、自我管理、朋辈引领等方面所取得的显著成效,以期为高职院校学生干部培养提供有益的参考和借鉴。In the context of"cultivating virtue and talent",the Pharmacy Department of Sichuan Nursing Vocational College(hereinafter referred to as"Sichuan Nursing Pharmacy Department")focuses on the cultivation of student cadres.Through in-depth analysis and practical exploration,it innovatively constructs a"five strong"training system for student cadres,namely"strong health,strong confidence,strong professionalism,strong work,and strong future".On the basis of analyzing the importance of the role of college student cadres from the perspective of"cultivating virtue and talent",this article elaborates in detail on the background and implementation process of the"Five Strong"system for student cadres in the Department of Pharmacy and Nursing in Sichuan.It also discusses the significant achievements of the"Five Strong"system in improving the comprehensive abilities,career planning,self-management,and peer guidance of student cadres,in order to provide useful reference and reference value for the training of student cadres in higher vocational colleges.
