产教融合背景下应用型高校“花艺设计”教学改革研究

摘  要:当前,产教融合成为应用型本科高校提高教学质量,实现应用型人才培养目标的有效途径。作为花艺设计行业从业的重要课程之一的花艺设计课程,如何在教学中培养出符合社会产业需求的实践型人才成为各高校教学研究的热点。在产教融合背景下,以潍坊理工学院花艺设计课程为例,分析如何通过更新课程教学内容、构建混合式教学平台、改革创新教学方法、加强课程思政教学、完善考核评价体系、构建教学双向反馈认同机制、提高师资队伍质量等方面开展花艺设计课程教学改革与实践,为后续本校及其他高校花艺设计课程改革与建设提供参考和借鉴。Currently,the integration of industry and education has become an effective way for applied undergraduate universities to improve teaching quality and achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents.As one of the important courses in the floral design industry,how to cultivate practical talents that meet the needs of the social industry has become a hot topic in teaching and research in various universities.In the context of the integration of industry and education,taking the floral design course at Weifang University of Technology as an example,this article analyzes how to carry out the reform and practice of floral design course teaching through updating course teaching content,building a blended teaching platform,reforming and innovating teaching methods,strengthening ideological and political education in the course,improving the assessment and evaluation system,constructing a two-way feedback and recognition mechanism for teaching,and improving the quality of the teaching staff.It provides reference and inspiration for the subsequent reform and construction of floral design courses in our school and other universities.
