基于黄炎培职业教育思想的职业院校专业教学实践探究

摘　　要：新时代职业教育有着新的使命,要基于黄炎培职业教育思想,围绕谋生、乐业、成人三个关键点探索职业教育的新使命。职业院校要通过积极培育新型生产力、构建现代化产业体系,充分展现职业教育的新担当,同时要致力于促进人的全面发展,为服务全体人民实现共同富裕贡献职业教育的新作为。职业院校专业教学要聚焦德技双修,让教育“入脑入心”,要创新教学方式,让育人“知行合一”,要立足因材施教,让教学“个性个体”,要坚持与时俱进,让知识“求新求精”,以期推动职业教育的全面进步与发展。Vocational education in the new era has a new mission,which should be based on Huang Yanpei's vocational education ideas and explore the new mission of vocational education around the three key points of livelihood,happiness,and adulthood.Vocational colleges should actively cultivate new productive forces,build a modern industrial system,fully demonstrate the new responsibilities of vocational education,and strive to promote the comprehensive development of people,contributing to the new achievements of vocational education in serving the common prosperity of all people.Higher vocational college professional teaching should focus on the dual cultivation of morality and technology,allowing education to enter the mind and heart.Innovative teaching methods should be used to integrate knowledge and action in education.Teaching should be based on individualized instruction,allowing teaching to be personalized.We should keep up with the times and strive for innovation and excellence in knowledge,in order to promote the comprehensive progress and development of vocational education.
