摘  要:校企合作共建“双师型”教师培训基地,是确保教学内容与行业需求同步、优化教师队伍结构、促进产教融合的需要。在实践中,高职院校要积极与企业建立合作机制,共建课程体系,共享资源,实施“双师互聘”,完善评价体系,同时争取资金、政策支持,在提高师资队伍整体质量的同时,提高教学质量,为社会培养更多高素质的技术技能型人才。The cooperation between schools and enterprises to build a"dual teacher"teacher training base is necessary to ensure that teaching content is synchronized with industry needs,optimize the structure of the teacher team,and promote the integration of industry and education.In practice,vocational colleges should actively establish cooperation mechanisms with enterprises,jointly build curriculum systems,share resources,implement"dual teacher mutual employment",improve evaluation systems,and strive for funding and policy support.While improving the overall quality of the teaching staff,they should also enhance teaching quality and cultivate more high-quality technical and skilled talents for society.
