摘  要:部分教师在职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛过程中,存在文件解读不清楚、作品呈现不规范、竞争意识不强烈等问题。文章以贵州省省赛一等奖作品《幼儿沙盘游戏指导与评估》为例,结合该教学团队的参赛经历,分析参赛教师在比赛过程中会遇到的各种问题,进而提出多渠道研读大赛文件、多途径确定备赛思路、多维度审视参赛作品、多制度激励参赛教师等有效应对策略,旨在为参赛教师提供一定的参考和借鉴。Some teachers have problems with unclear document interpretation,non-standard presentation of works,and weak competitive awareness during the teaching ability competition in vocational colleges.The article takes the first prize winning work of the Guizhou Provincial Competition"Guidance and Evaluation of Preschool Sand Table Games"as an example,combined with the participation experience of the teaching team,analyzes the various problems that participating teachers will encounter during the competition process,and then proposes effective response strategies such as multi-channel reading of the competition article,multi-channel determination of preparation ideas,multi-dimensional examination of the competition works,and multi institutional incentives for participating teachers.The aim is to provide certain reference and inspiration for participating teachers.
