信息化背景下中职财会专业精准教学策略研究

摘　　要：“精准教学”是指将学生放在核心位置上,通过对学生的学习需要进行精确定位,为学生提供个性化的教学资源,提高学生的学习成绩和职业素养。探索信息化背景下中职财会专业精准化教学策略,对提高中职财会专业教学质量,培养适应社会发展需要的高素质财会人才,具有十分重要的现实意义。信息化背景下中职财会专业精准化教学,可利用信息技术优化教学内容与资源,实施个性化教学计划与智能辅导,强化实践操作能力培养,实施翻转课堂与混合式学习,进行持续评估与反馈机制建设。"Precision teaching"refers to placing students at the core position,providing personalized teaching resources and teaching methods for students through precise positioning of their learning needs,and improving their academic performance and professional ethics.Exploring precise teaching strategies for vocational finance and accounting majors under the background of informatization is of great practical significance for improving the teaching quality of vocational finance and accounting majors and cultivating high-quality finance and accounting talents that meet the needs of social development.Under the background of informatization,precision teaching in vocational finance and accounting majors can utilize information technology to optimize teaching content and resources,implement personalized teaching plans and intelligent tutoring,strengthen practical operation ability cultivation,implement flipped classroom and blended learning,and continuously build evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
