摘　　要：原子吸收光谱法(AAS)因其高灵敏度和准确性,广泛应用于白酒生产的质量标准化管理中。本文分析了AAS的工作原理与核心技术,探讨了白酒生产中原料、酿造、蒸馏、贮存及成品检测环节的金属元素监控要求,重点研究了AAS在检测样品前处理、精准测定、自动化设备配置及数据分析中的应用成效,为提升白酒生产质量提供技术支持。Atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS)is widely used in the quality standardization management of liquor production because of its high sensitivity and accuracy.This paper analyzes the working principle and core technology of AAS,discusses the monitoring requirements of metal elements in raw materials,brewing,distillation,storage and finished product testing in liquor production,and focuses on the application effect of AAS in sample pretreatment,accurate determination,automatic equipment configuration and data analysis,so as to provide technical support for improving the quality of liquor production.
