摘　　要：金樱子(Rosa laevigata Michx)是一种分布广泛的野生植物。又名刺梨子、糖橘子、糖罐、金罂子、山石榴等,属蔷薇科蔷薇属,其果实是一种传统的药食两用的植物原料。本文概述了金樱子果实的营养成分及其在食品行业中的应用研究现状,以期为金樱子的进一步加工利用提供参考。Rosa laevigata Michx.also called sugar orange,bee sugar jar,prickly pear,mountain pomegranate,etc.,is a widely distributed wild plant.belongs to Rosaceae,which is a traditional fruit of both medicinal and edible plants.In this paper,the nutritional composition,medicinal value and application of the fruit in food industry were summarized,in order to provide reference for further processing and utilization of the fruit.
