摘　　要：随着社会的进步和生活品质的提升,学校食堂饮食营养及卫生情况得到越来越广泛的关注。本文针对学校食堂在管理、厨艺技术和卫生监督方面存在的问题,提出从管理体系、监督机制、餐饮服务和人员培训等多个方面的改善和创新管理对策。旨在建立科学管理机制,保障食品质量和学生健康,促进校园饮食文化的进步,改善学生的膳食状况,并创建长期健康的校园管理平台,为决策者和管理者提供有价值的参考。With the progress of the economy and the improvement of living standards,the nutrition and hygiene of school canteens have attracted attention.There are problems with cafeteria management,with deficiencies in nutrition knowledge,culinary skills,and hygiene supervision.This article suggests improving and innovating management strategies from multiple aspects such as management system,supervision mechanism,catering services,and personnel training to address these issues.Aiming to establish a scientific management mechanism,ensure food quality and student health,promote the progress of campus food culture,improve students'dietary conditions,and create a long-term healthy campus management platform,providing valuable references for decision-makers and managers.
