摘　　要：在社会经济高速发展的背景下,人们的日常生活质量不断提升,健康意识日益增强,食品安全问题因此受到广泛关注。为进一步提升食品质量安全,强化食品检测工作已变得刻不容缓。现代生物技术能够高效检测食品中的有害成分,助力企业良好运营,并推动食品行业向规范化、标准化方向发展。本文围绕现代生物技术内涵、在食品检测中的应用优势以及常见技术的具体实践展开分析,以促进现代生物技术的长期稳定发展。In the context of rapid social and economic development,People's Daily life quality continues to improve,health awareness is increasingly enhanced,food safety issues have been widely concerned.In order to further improve food quality and safety,strengthening food testing has become urgent.Modern biotechnology can efficiently detect harmful ingredients in food,help enterprises operate well,and promote the development of the food industry to standardization and standardization.In this paper,the connotation of modern biotechnology,the application advantages in food testing and the specific practice of common technologies are analyzed to promote the long-term and stable development of modern biotechnology.
