摘　　要：社会服务能力已成为评估高职院校办学水平的关键指标,提升这一职能不仅是职业教育支持经济社会发展的责任,也是其自身发展所需的紧迫任务。本文通过总结教学改革、实践能力培养和课程设置优化等方面内容,探讨了提升高职食品检验检测技术专业社会服务能力的路径。Social service ability has become a key index to evaluate the level of higher vocational colleges.Promoting this function is not only the responsibility of vocational education to support economic and social development,but also an urgent task required for its own development.By summarizing teaching reform,practical ability training and curriculum optimization,this paper discusses the ways to improve the social service ability of food inspection and testing technology major in higher vocational colleges.
