摘  要:以沙棘籽粕为原料,以黄酮提取量为考察指标,采用单因素及响应面实验对低共熔溶剂(Deep Eutectic Solvents,DES)提取沙棘籽粕总黄酮工艺参数进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取工艺为氯化胆碱与葡萄糖摩尔比4∶1、DES含水量50%、料液比1∶23、提取温度60℃、提取时间60 min。该条件下,沙棘籽粕总黄酮提取量达到23.93 mg·g^(-1)。Using seed meal of Hippophae rhamnoides L.as raw material and flavonoid extraction as the investigation index,the process parameters of total flavonoids extracted from seed meal of Hippophae rhamnoides L.from deep eutectic solvents(DES)were optimized by single factor and response surface experiments.The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:the molar ratio of choline chloride to glucose was 4∶1,the water content of DES was 50%,the ratio of solid-liquid was 1∶23,the extraction temperature was 60℃,and the extraction time was 60 min.Under these conditions,the total flavonoids extracted from seed meal of Hippophae rhamnoides L.reached 23.93 mg·g^(-1).
