摘　　要：本文探讨了高职院校食品快速检测技术课程的教学改革,旨在通过引入行动导向教学模式,提升教学质量,增强学生的实践能力和职业素养。通过对现有课程问题进行深入分析,提出了具体的设计原则、教学方法和评价体系,并结合实际案例展示了改革效果。研究表明,该模式能显著提高学生的学习兴趣和就业竞争力,为职业教育注入新的活力。This paper explores the curriculum reform of the Rapid Detection Technology in Food course at higher vocational colleges,aiming to enhance teaching quality and strengthen students’practical skills and professional qualities by introducing an action-oriented teaching model.Through an in-depth analysis of existing course issues,specific design principles,teaching methods,and evaluation systems are proposed.The reform’s effectiveness is demonstrated through practical case studies.Research indicates that this model can significantly increase students’interest in learning and their employability,infusing new vitality into vocational education.
