摘　　要：随着高等职业教育改革的不断深化,课程思政已成为新时期立德树人的根本遵循。本文以食品分析与检验核心课程为例,深入探讨课程思政建设目标、方法与实践路径,旨在培养德才兼备的食品类高素质技术技能人才。With the deepening of the reform of higher vocational education,curriculum ideology and politics have become the fundamental principle to cultivate morality and cultivate people in the new era.Taking the core course of food analysis and inspection as an example,this paper deeply discusses the objectives,methods and practical paths of curriculum ideological and political construction,aiming at cultivating high-quality food technical talents with both morality and ability.
