摘  要:目的:探究两歧双歧杆菌WZA-BB02后生元在改善高尿酸血症中的应用。方法:建立高尿酸血症大鼠模型,将其随机分为模型组、阳性对照组(别嘌呤醇溶液5 mg·kg^(-1))、后生元组(WZA-BB02后生元溶液1 g·kg^(-1)),每组各10只。连续干预14 d,每7 d尾部取血测定大鼠血清尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐和黄嘌呤氧化酶(Xanthine Oxidase,XOD)活性。结果:对高尿酸血症大鼠灌胃两歧双歧杆菌WZA-BB02后生元可以显著降低大鼠的血清尿酸、尿素氮、肌酐并抑制XOD活性(P<0.05)。结论:两歧双歧杆菌WZA-BB02后生元具有降尿酸、改善高尿酸血症的效果,在功能性食品的研发中前景广阔。Objective:To explore the application of Bifidobacterium bifidum WZA-BB02 postbiotics in improving hyperuricemia.Method:Establish a hyperuricemia rat model and randomly divide it into a model group,a positive control group(5 mg·kg^(-1) allopurinol solution),and a postbiotics group(1 g·kg^(-1) WZA-BB02 postbiotics solution),with 10 rats in each group.The intervention lasted for 14 days,and blood samples were taken from the tail every 7 days to measure serum uric acid,urea nitrogen,creatinine,and xanthine oxidase(XOD)activity in rats.Result:The results showed that gavage of Bifidobacterium bifidum WZA-BB02 postbiotics in hyperuricemia rats significantly reduced serum uric acid,urea nitrogen,creatinine,and inhibited XOD activity(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postbiotics of Bifidobacterium bifidum WZA-BB02 has the effect of reducing uric acid and improving hyperuricemia,and has broad prospects in the research and development of functional foods.
