摘 要:专业监测评估是高校校内教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,对提高专业教育教学和人才培养质量有重要作用。根据高等教育监测评估的理论、方法与技术,基于应用型本科高校的实际情况,以评估主体多元化、评估周期常态化、评估指标坚持学生中心、评估过程坚持客观高效为思路,坚持主体性、实证性、发展性、多样性原则,构建了涵盖生源情况、培养方案、师资队伍、支持条件、建设成效、学生发展等六个评估项目的专业监测评估体系,以贵州工程应用技术学院为例进行实践探索,取得了打通了数据壁垒、促进了学校专业的分类评价与质量监控、完善了学校教学质量保障体系、发挥了以评促管的作用等成效。The academic program supervision and evaluation is an important part of the internal teaching quality assurance system in universities,playing a significant role in improving professional education and teaching and talent training quality.Based on the theories,methods,and technologies of higher education supervision and evaluation,and considering the actual situation of application-oriented undergraduate universities,an academic program supervision and evaluation system covering six evaluation items—student background,training program,teaching staff,support conditions,construction effectiveness,and student development—has been constructed.This system follows the ideas of diversifying evaluation subjects,normalizing evaluation cycles,centering evaluation indicators on students,and ensuring objectivity and efficiency in the evaluation process.It adheres to the principles of subjectivity,empirical evidence,development,and diversity.Taking Guizhou University of Engineering Science as an example,the paper found that this system has achieved some results such as breaking down data barriers,promoting classified evaluation and quality supervision of university programs,improving the teaching quality assurance system,and playing a role in promoting management through evaluation.
