摘　　要：党建引领高校“三全育人”是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的本质要求。厘清其科学内涵、领会其价值意蕴、明晰其实践进路是更好地落实党建引领高校“三全育人”工作的逻辑前提、逻辑遵循和逻辑归宿。党建在引领高校“三全育人”工作中发挥着把方向、明目标、正价值、强思想、增合力、促和谐的作用。因此,要始终坚持高校党的政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设、制度建设等方面的引领,不断强化对高校“三全育人”工作的政治认同和思想共识,拓宽高校“三全育人”的渠道,为高校“三全育人”工作营造良好氛围,筑牢制度保障。The guidance of the building of the Communist Party of China for the“three all-round education”in colleges and universities is the essential requirement for the implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in the new era.Clarifying its scientific connotation,understanding its value implication and clarifying its practical approach are the logical premise,logical follow and logical destination for better implementation of the Party building leading the“three all-round education”in colleges and universities.The Party building plays a role in guiding the direction,clearing the goal,shaping the value,strengthening the thought,increasing the synergy and promoting harmony in the“three all-round education”in colleges and universities.Therefore,we should make efforts to see the guidance of the Party’s political building enhanced,its theory strengthened,its organizations consolidated,its conduct improved and institution building incorporated in colleges and universities.We should constantly strengthen the political identification and ideological consensus of the“three all-round education”,and broaden the channels to create a good atmosphere and build a solid system guarantee for the“three all-round education”in colleges and universities.
