高校基层党支部引领就业工作创新方法研究——以遵义市某医学高职专科学校为例

摘　　要：就业工作作为高校工作的重要工作,与高校基层党支部的各项工作指向的目标具有一致性,党支部工作是做好学生就业工作和创新思想理念的基础和保障。因此基层党支部在就业工作中起到非常重要的作用。高校基层党支部应从基层党支部建设引领就业工作、支部党员培养自觉引导学生就业、学生党员积极带动毕业生就业等三个方面出发,促进高校就业工作的开展。Employment work,as an important part of university work,is consistent with the various work goals of primary-level party branches in colleges and universities.The work of Party branches is the foundation and guarantee for students’employment work and innovative ideological concepts.Therefore,primary-level party branches play a very important role in employment work.Primary-level party branches in colleges and universities should promote the development of employment work from three aspects:the construction of primary-level party branches to guide employment work,the cultivation of branch party members to consciously guide students’employment,and the active promotion of graduate employment by student party members.
